Return/Cancellation Policy

At Orient-All Bio, it is satisfied or refunded:

You have a right of return of 14 days after reception of the parcel to return it to us, in its original packaging, and obtain a refund or an exchange. The returned products must be unopened and undamaged. During this period, the return of the package is guaranteed: no justification will be requested.

For any returned item that you have paid for, the following terms and conditions apply:

The package was returned unopened: refund of the package, return shipping costs at your expense.

The product is returned simply because you are not satisfied or have changed your mind: refund of the product, return shipping costs at your expense.

The product is returned for a reason that is the responsibility of Orient-All Bio: refund of the product and the possible return costs.
